In the unlikely event you have an issue with a print or an original sent to you, because of the nature of the items being sold on this website, we do need to make the following clear:
Since each Giclee Print / and or original is created to order, refunds for items can only be given on Print Orders if in the rare case there is a flaw in the picture or damage to the artwork. You need to provide us with evidence of such damage.
If the customer decides that the ordered print simply is the wrong size, it doesn't match their decor perfectly, or decides on a different piece of art, that is not the responsibility of Sue Colyer Art. Your order was made with your intent to keep it and was custom printed and stretched for you.
In all cases you need to contact me within 7 days of receipt to discuss any issues you may have experienced with your artwork, and I will do my best to help you resolve the issues.
Refunds and/or exchanges will be issued once the item(s) are returned within 14 days. Items should be returned in the original packaging (unless that packaging is damaged in which case the items should be packed in a manner that will ensure they are safely shipped back to me and please take photographic evidence). Prior to returning any items, please do contact me to advise. Refunds and/or exchanges will normally be issued within 5 working days assuming the package is returned with no damage.
Refunds and/or exchanges will be issued once the artwork is received back to the studio, is inspected, and is seen to be in the same pristine condition that it was in when it departed the studio. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. We regrettably cannot accept liability for any shipping loss, or damage of returned goods.
